Job Description

    Visual Designer + Video Editor Industry Exp: 5 8 years The Designer will be responsible for creating excellent designs, creative production of executive presentations as well as marketing materials, such as Print production, Video Production, Indoor/Outdoor branding, creative PowerPoint presentation, marketing collateral, Wall graphics, office branding, posters, Brochures, flyers, mailers, newsletters and social media post etc. Proficient in creating creative presentations (PPTs) for the sales and management teams turning their complex, technical information into high end creative presentations (Interactive-Multimedia-PowerPoint presentations with infographics, charts, graphs, timelines & diagrams). Responsibilities: Proficiency using PowerPoint presentation, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Designs and produces electronic communications materials for projects requiring simple to complex graphics, animations, and audio/video mixes, integrating typographic, illustrative, and graphic elements. Can handle creative solutions in a deadline-driven, goal-oriented, multi-functional environment. Ensures all PowerPoint graphics/marketing collateral/Print/Video production are accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience. Follows all directions accurately and completes assigned tasks in a timely fashion, adhering to project deadlines. Interfaces appropriately and professionally with high level corporate executives when required. Create and design various materials for digital, print and video by ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects and collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. QA design for errors and implement feedback and changes whenever possible. Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project. Other Requirements: Required Competencies/Skills: Ability to incorporate various types of multimedia into Microsoft Office documents/PPT presentations with excellent ideation and visualization skill. Understanding of basic design principles and the application of corporate brand guidelines. Demonstrated ability to think quickly and creatively to accommodate a dynamic business environment. Must be flexible, accommodating, and deadline oriented. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong project management skills and familiarity with workflow management practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to properly prepare files for digital, social, print, video, and electronic media. Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team,
