Job Description

    As part of Digital Customer Experience team in Global Service LoB organization, you ll be responsible for the structuration, creation of offer marketing information needed for web publication on se.com (offer description, product relationships, bullet points, long desc, web catalog etc) You ll drive some projects to enhance data structure and offer presentation on the webRESPONSIBILITIES Work with the offer marketing managers to gather the technical characteristics & marketing information for offer presentation on our web (se.com) or partners websites: translate business& marketing needs into data model Build and develop data models for Services offer leveraging defined standards, SE quality standards for WEB publication and data strategy in Product Information Management (PIM) system to produce clear product (services) datasheet. Ensure that the references are up to date in PIM, corresponding to the latest Guidelines and ensure the proper web publication of references. Contribute to optimize new and current database systems, troubleshooting when needed Support the creation of detailed offer descriptions and marketing-oriented details in coordination with Offer mangers. Leading project to create and enhance data model to describe services offers (not described in any international standards), by benchmarking competitors and other industry as well as working with marketing teams, *QUALIFICATION Graduated from Bachelor or Master s degree in electrical or Industrial Engineering Familiar with electrical products Strong analytical skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel Significant experience in data and project / program management Good communication skills both verbal and written, customer-oriented way of work Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environment Autonomous in work organization, Proactive Collaborative mindset to work with the other specialists in the team Knowledge of Schneider offer data as well as web and offer related applications (PIM, DAM, select& config etc. and/ or ETIM classification and/ or eCommerce marketing is a plus Field services offer knowledge would be an advantage Fluent English
