The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has decent knowledge of YouTube and can manage multiple teams to get the required results.Role & Responsibilities
    • Manage & grow YouTube channels for the company
    • Candidate should have a high sense of ownership and responsibility towards any task in hand
    • Knowledge & experience of the Ed-tech industry and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since YouTube audience change based on current trends
    • Attention to details and promptness in the given task
    • Analyse each video and be responsible for the quality & performance
    • Be a good market study & competitor analysis
    • Taking responsibility for the day - to - day operations of the respective channel
    • Optimize YouTube videos to create clean and consistent content for the audience
    • Develop close, professional relationships with partners through various communication mediums
    • Track, analyse and report key opportunities for growth and/or change
    • Be up-to-date on industry trends and providing ongoing YouTube channel growth strategy (e.g. programming, channel optimization and management, audience development)
    • Track and analyse metrics and activities portfolio such a growth, revenue, CPMs, retention dates, services rendered, etc.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • 2 or more years of experience in same domain
    • Should be a multitasker
    • Excellent written & communication skills
