Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    1. 1. Need to act as a first point of contact for dealerships for any support related to DMS Eco Systems
    2. 2. Lead the Change management for DMS Eco Systems (MDW, Sales force, Ace MDW, WYH, mobile apps and other portals used as a review / decision making tool.
    3. 3. Coordination with ADC team, Vendor team and Business team to resolve the Channel Partners queries/issues on DMS
    4. 4. Drive towards DMS sustenance, discipline, usage and data quality.
    5. 5. Periodic reviews will Dealer DP/CEO /GM on DMS data quality and improvement.
    6. 6. Conducting dealership Audits in terms of DMS Usage and compliance
    7. 7. Analyse and discuss on repeat incidents to find out solutions to minimise tickets
    8. 8. Implementation of all new technology initiatives rolled out at Dealerships as per schedule.
    9. 9. Own the responsibility for Training, sustainability & feedback at the dealership on various applications related to DMS Eco systems.
    10. 10. Work closely with AO & Zonal Team ASMs/CCMs/MMDs during rollout period
    11. 11. Conduct post rollout refresher training for Dealer DMS Champions & also participate in AO/Zonal trainings for Sales & Service GMs/SMs as per schedule
    12. 12. Believe in Train the trainer and give Training to the Area office & DMS Champions on Updates/Upgrades from time to time.
    Experience 4+ yrs Industry Preferred Qualifications BE / B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA with 4-6 years of experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
