    Job Description for ZONALHEADRole description:To promote the UG/PG full-time programs of our University. The ZH will be responsible for the performance of 5-10 branches/teams in terms of target achievement, student services, upkeep, compliance, and reporting. He/she will be expected todividesales plans, budgets & execution strategies; lead from the front in their execution and achieve the sales targets. He will act as a guide and mentor for the front line teams and as the source for market developments and information for the management.`Qualifications:A) Preferably Graduate/ Postgraduate qualifications in Management, Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or social sciences,B) Local knowledge,C) Proven leadership and administrative skills,D) Internet and computer savvy andE) Comfort with numbers and statements]Experience: Total 8 to 12 years in sales or marketing, of which a minimum of 6 years in managerial / team-leading capacity and the latest 3 years in a similar capacity.Preferred industry background FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Space selling, Education, etc.Salary: Upto 12 LPAdepending on the candidates background plus reimbursement of field expenses.Interviewer points: In addition to the points mentioned in the job description, the interviewer should look for the following qualities in the candidate:1.
