Job Description

As part of our global team spread across 7 offices, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of talented individuals to elevate our organization to new heights.As a Salesforce QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing QA activities, leading a team of testers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and drive quality improvements.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, creation, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications.- Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.- Oversee the defect lifecycle, drive quality improvements, and process enhancements.- Guide the team in identifying regression suitable for automation and building test scripts using automation tools.- Prepare QA metrics, progress updates, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Qualifications:- 6 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.- Strong functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.- Experience with integration tools like Mulesoft or Boomi, and API testing using Postman or similar tools.- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management tools.- Automation experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is desirable.- Proven experience in leading QA teams, managing workloads, and delivering on timelines.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and report to leadership.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.If you are passionate about Salesforce, have a knack for quality assurance, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to join us in this exciting opportunity.
