Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to become a part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful track record in constructing and managing scalable full-stack applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proficiency in Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API route development is also required.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.- Develop features and components with Next.js, making use of SSR, SSG, and API routes.- Collaborate with diverse teams to delineate, design, and deliver new functionalities.- Write clean, sustainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.- Conduct code reviews, ensuring application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in full-stack development utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Next.js in real-world, production-level projects.- Strong grasp of React concepts such as hooks, context, and component lifecycle.- Experience in API integration, RESTful services, and data management.- Sound knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles.- Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth.- Proficiency in Git and version control systems.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficiency in TypeScript.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.- Experience working in Agile environments.- Previous involvement in leading or mentoring development teams.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hidden_email.,
