Job Description

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
    • Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and orientation processes.
    • Support employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for management.
    • Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws.
