Job Description

    Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Erode Experience: 0 to 6 Years Accommodation will be provided for candidates from other districts and distant locations who are ready to relocate to Erode. Fresher - Training related to the role will be provided. Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales (Telesales) Executive to promote and sell our Billing Software, Payroll, and CRM Software solutions. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and the ability to engage with potential customers effectively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features (Billing Software, Payroll & CRM Software). Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of sales processes. Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals. Strong negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge. Preferred Skills: Experience in software sales or telesales is an added advantage. Knowledge of CRM tools will be beneficial. .
