Branch Manager-Prime LAP

Job Description

• Business Development: Drive LAP disbursement targets, plan monthly/quarterly sales strategies, and ensure the growth of the branchs loan portfolio.
• Channel Management: Identify, tie-up with, and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), brokers, and connectors to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Risk & Portfolio Health: Oversee proper due diligence, ensure strict adherence to compliance/regulatory guidelines, and monitor portfolio health to control delinquency (GNPA).
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and motivate branch sales executives and staff to consistently achieve and exceed business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to optimize Turnaround Time (TAT) and deliver superior customer service.
