Relationship Officer-Home Loan

Job Description

• Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, local marketing events, and networking.
• Channel Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners like real estate agents, builders, and Direct Sales Associates (DSAs).
• Customer Advisory: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and advise them on the best home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) options.
• Loan Processing: Guide customers through the application process, verify documents, conduct initial eligibility/credit checks, and coordinate with credit/legal teams.
• Portfolio Management: Ensure strict credit discipline, monitor loan utilization, and assist with early-stage collections if necessary.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and branch sourcing/disbursement targets.
