Job Description

    As a Personal Assistant for the Managing Director of a multi-speciality hospital, your role will involve providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and daily tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.- Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.- Document Preparation: Creating and managing documents, presentations, and reports.- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.- Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the MD.- Information Management: Maintaining organized records and files.- Other Duties: May include managing office supplies, handling personal errands, and assisting with special projects.Qualifications:- Education: A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.- Experience: Several years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role in a hospital. Eligible freshers can also apply.- Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.- Other Requirements: English speaking and writing skills. Age between 25 to 30 years. Hospital experienced/admin experienced candidates are preferred. Only male candidates are preferred. Candidates with personal references are preferred. Erode natives are given preference.This job is full-time and requires 2 years of admin experience and 2 years of hospital experience. The work location is in Erode, Tamil Nadu, and it requires in-person presence.,
