Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Interaction Executive to join our team in Erode. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 1,50,000 and is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with the public. As a Public Interaction Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizations visibility and fostering positive relationships with our clients and the community.Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with the public to promote our services and initiatives, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
    • Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs to enhance public awareness and engagement.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving public interaction and feedback collection.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to help inform future initiatives and improvements.
    • Work closely with management to identify opportunities for enhancing public relations and community involvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our public interaction strategies remain effective and relevant.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in community engagement.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Prior experience in a customer service or public relations role is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
    • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications or related fields is a plus.
    • Availability to work during the day and on-site in Erode.
