Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Responsible for resolving/handling end-user tickets for SAP Business One
    • Master Data handling(Item,BP,HSN,TAX)
    • User Creation, License allocation and Authorizations defined.
    • Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements of SAP Business One
    • Evaluating the Users requirements and then proposing adequate and effective solutions.
    • Identify current blocks and hindrances in the system and resolve the same for smooth functioning of the
    • system
    • Detailed requirements gathering and BRD documentation.
    • Time management Prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
    • Ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of SAP End Users
    • Creating Crystal Report and Modification of layouts
    • Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and add-ons in sap.
    Role Purpose
    • SAP Functional and Technical Support
    • Preparation of Change request/Business requirements document(BRD)
    • SQL queries development
    • ADD-ON Testing and Documentation
    • End-user training
    • Support user acceptance testing.
    • After go-live Users support
    Requisite Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of Experience in SAP module.
    • Strong knowledge in MM Master data, purchase and sales.
    • Knowledge in Crystal Reports.
    • MSSQL queries.
    • Microsoft Office Tools.
