Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Security OfficerKey Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
    • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
    • Design and manage security protocols for access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
    • Oversee security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Investigate security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external partners.
    • Manage security budgets and resource allocation.
    • Provide security awareness training to employees.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in security management, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of security management experience.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
    • Experience in crisis management and emergency response.
