Job Description

Role Overview:As an Administer and Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for managing the organizations warehouses, overseeing the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Your role will involve accounting for all materials and supplies, auditing goods received into the warehouse, and ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures. You will also be involved in preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to optimize warehouse space and efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining operating procedures, space utilization, and the upkeep of facilities and equipment.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and operate the organizations warehouses- Process, package, and store supplies, materials, and equipment- Account for all materials and supplies and audit goods received into the warehouse- Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to optimize warehouse space- Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance of facilities and equipmentQualifications Required:- Seasoned professional individual contributor with the ability to work independently with limited supervision- Experience in managing projects/processes and coaching lower level professionals- Ability to provide solutions to complex technical and business matters- Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in championing significant projects, programs, and business initiatives- Leadership role in the work group through specialized knowledge- Specialization in technical or business skills with a customer focus- Four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field- Minimum 5 years of functional experience with at least 3 years of specific experience- Ability to make a significant contribution to processes and systems Role Overview:As an Administer and Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for managing the organizations warehouses, overseeing the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
