Experience 3-5 years exp in Troubleshooting Budget - 20%-25% Hike on the CTC Role - TROUBLESHOOTING ROLE Job Type Contract to hire for 6 months to 1 year then it will extend r u will become permanent to the client- job gurantee will be there. Candidates who have been serving the network companies like Reliance , Airtel , Vodafone , Idea etc. The candidate should have TELECOM experience , NETWORKING experience , must have worked on NMS SYSTEM, worked as a FIELD ENGINEER. JD- ho has an experience into handling Inbound and Outbound calls to support the SMB customers on Networking trouble shooting issues (trouble tickets) (assurance) either via troubleshooting or by escalating it to the right platform partners and coordinating for resolution. Supporting field engineers (technicians) via phone call for any technical troubleshooting that helps test the efficacy of the work they have done in the field or supporting with a system update that compliments the completion of field work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provisioning & Assurance Attending to calls from Field Engineers, understanding the issue they are facing or the configuration request that they have, troubleshoot issues or carry out configurations using GPON & Legacy NMS systems as well as other switching systems and tools (for both individual & business customers) Reporting Tracking & reporting of all SR s/Docket s/Issues resolved QUALIFICATIONS Category Requirements Education and Qualifications Degree in Telecom Engineering (B. Tech Electronics & Telecom or equivalent), or any graduate with relevant expertise. Certifications preferable on SDH network management systems like Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, etc. Work Experience Preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication/ Managed Network services/ Global Network Operation/ Field operation services / NOC / GPON / UcaaS Installation and Commissioning, Operations Maintenance, Fault Management of SDH Network Management system Good understanding of Core, Distribution & Access switching system Technical / Professional Skills Telco Exp (Prefer more than 3 Years) NOC troubleshooting skillsets (L1/L2/L3) Hands on Expertise for few products like Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, Tejas, Cisco, etc. Routing & switching knowledge CCNx certifications will be an add on Desirable Any experience or certifications in cloud or firewall is good to have Experience in Cisco IP telephony is a good to have Others Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret data, and provides business recommendations to mitigate business and operational risks Flexible to work in 24*7 model flexible shift and week offs ,
