As a Production Trainee at our company, your role involves assisting senior production engineers in various tasks to support the production unit. Your key responsibilities will include:- Assisting senior production engineers in daily tasks: You will support senior engineers in activities such as machine assembly, production control, and manufacturing technology.- Learning and implementing manufacturing processes: Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn and implement manufacturing processes involved in the production unit.- Monitoring production activities: It will be your responsibility to ensure smooth running of production activities, identify any issues, and report them to the production engineer.- Operating machinery: You will assist in operating machinery and equipment following safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.- Quality control: Help in maintaining product quality by following quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to standards.Qualifications required for this role include:- Educational background: Minimum requirement of 12th pass, 10th pass, or any other relevant degree.- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment.Please note that this is a Full Time (Night Shift) position with the following details:- Experience: 0 - 1 Years- No. of Openings: 100- Education: 12th Pass- Role: Production Trainee- Industry Type: Automobile / Auto Ancillaries- Job Country: India- Work Location Type: Work from Office- Face interview location: Plot No.65, Part II, Sector 27/A, Faridabad, Haryana 121003If you are interested in this opportunity, we look forward to receiving your application.
