Job Description

    As a Major Incident Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the response and resolution of major incidents that impact the business, aiming to restore normal service operations promptly. Working closely with senior management, IT teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure that incidents are resolved efficiently to minimize business impact. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and logging major incidents, notifying relevant stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis, developing and executing resolution plans, coordinating efforts across technical teams, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation.You must have a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, along with familiarity with technologies and tools used in incident management. Knowledge of the ITIL framework and incident management best practices is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances while remaining composed under pressure.Ideally, you should have 3 to 7 years of experience in IT operations and incident management, hold a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and possess ITIL or other relevant IT Service Management certifications. Proficiency in oral and written English at B1/B2 level is also required for this role.,
