Job Description

As a Robotics Engineer at Invengic Ventures Pvt. Ltd., located in Research Park IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, you will be responsible for developing robotic prototypes by integrating hardware and software components. Your role will involve working with motors, sensors, actuators, and control systems to create autonomous navigation systems.Key Responsibilities:- Select, wire, and integrate motors, batteries, motor drivers, and actuators.- Manage power distribution, including safe battery charging and energy switching.- Program microcontrollers such as Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, etc.- Interface with a variety of sensors including LIDAR, ultrasonic, IMU, load cells, and cameras.- Prototype and debug PCBs for embedded control systems.- Implement basic obstacle detection and movement control algorithms.Future Responsibilities:- Develop autonomous navigation systems using ROS/SLAM for mapping and localization.- Implement AI-powered perception for object detection, crowd analysis, and waste recognition.- Create remote monitoring dashboards for real-time robot control and reporting.- Optimize system performance for large-scale deployment.Qualifications Required:- Background in Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems Engineering.- Proficiency in C/C/Python for hardware programming.- Hands-on experience with motor control, sensors, and real-time systems.- Familiarity with ROS, SLAM, or computer vision frameworks is preferred.- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for building functional robotic systems.In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will go through a structured growth path and compensation plan:- Stage 1 Training Phase: Stipend of 8,000/month for a 6-month intensive trainee program.- Probation Period: 2.5 months post-training with a performance-based evaluation.- Stage 3 Full-Time Employment: Salary Range of 18,000 - 35,000/month based on skills and performance, with performance-based increments after 1 year of confirmed tenure.- Opportunity to advance to Lead Robotics Engineer role as projects scale.,
