The 3-year apprenticeship is based on the dual system, which means that training in the company alternates with attendance at vocational school (Freiburg).

• You take care of the administration and support of client systems.
• You participate in the planning, configuration and networking of IT systems and programs.
• You troubleshoot technical problems and monitor key systems.
• You assist in processing support requests.
• You create instructions and guidelines.

Die Stelle ist an einem unserer Standorte zu besetzen: Freiburg. Die 3-jhrige Ausbildung wird nach dem dualen System durchgefhrt: Ausbildung am Arbeitsplatz im Wechsel mit dem Besuch der Berufsschule (Freiburg).

• Du monitorst, administrierst und betreust Kundensysteme im Enterprise Umfeld.
• Du beteiligst dich an der Planung, Konfiguration und Vernetzung von Enterprise IT-Systemen und Programmen.
• Du analysierst und behebst technische Probleme.
• Bei der Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen bist Du ebenfalls mit an Bord.
• Du erstellst Richtlinien und Dokumentationen fr den spteren Betrieb.

QualifikationenIdeally, you have a technical college entrance qualification, intermediate secondary school leaving certificate and have a high affinity and passion for IT.

• You enjoy IT, analytical thinking and recognizing technical contexts.
• You are enthusiastic about independent and varied work and have a high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• You enjoy working in a team and can work purposefully and independently on a topic.
• We require a very good knowledge of German and a good command of written and spoken English.

Idealerweise verfgst Du ber die Fachhochschulreife oder das Abitur und hast eine groe Affinitt und Leidenschaft fr die IT.

• Du hast Spa an IT, analytischem Denken und erkennst technischen Zusammenhnge.
• Du begeisterst Dich fr eine selbststndige sowie abwechslungsreiche Ttigkeit und verfgst ber eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Lernbereitschaft.
• Du magst das Arbeiten im Team und kannst zielstrebig und selbstndig Themen erarbeiten.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir in Wort und Schrift voraus.
