Job Description

    You will be working with the Exponent Energy Business team based in NCR, a team driven by a passion to expand presence in multiple cities across the country. The teams goal is to unlock 15-minute rapid charging through the Flexible Energy Stack which includes the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). The team follows the philosophy of Break, Believe, Build - breaking assumptions, believing in the team and process, and building fast and passionately.Key Responsibilities:- Drive volume and market share of the product through network in the assigned territory- Generate and monitor sales pipeline in specific micro markets and applications through various sources- Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities independently or in coordination with dealership team- Create understanding and awareness of company product in Channel network and market- Visit market for survey and collect database to formulate sales strategy- Prepare and adhere to sales documentation and contracts accurately- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions- Focus on value selling and establishing product operating economics to increase conversion ratio- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques- Capability Building of field sales team for better performance- Regular follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships- Provide detailed information on industry, competitor products, new launches, price, schemes, and promotional activities to managementQualifications Required:- Graduation in any field- Experience in Automotive / 3W cargo or passenger is preferredThe company, Exponent, simplifies energy for EVs and is co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energys Founding Partner & Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL). The team consists of over 225 passionate builders with extensive EV experience and is currently seeking more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India.
