We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity in Leasing at levels ranging from Senior Executive to Vice President.Position: Leasing (Sr. Executive to VP Level)Location: GhaziabadSalary Range: Open for discussionGender: Male/FemaleRoles and Responsibilities:

Approach retail brands for leasing vacant units.
Prepare and deliver lease presentations to retail brands.
Design effective leasing strategies for malls.
Handle lease renewals and contract negotiations.
Execute Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Lease Agreements with retailers.
Specialize in specialty leasing, kiosk, and ATM leasing.
Responsible for SOH leasing, Kiosk leasing, Signage leasing, and related activities.
Conduct research and market analysis to enhance customer engagement and footfall.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to increase revenue opportunities.
Have strong connectivity with retail brands and generate self-leads.
Maintain good relations with local brokers.
Candidates should specify brands leased in the past 6 months.
Coordinate with the Mall Operations Team for updates on Visual Merchandising and new brand arrivals.
Prepare and present MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Professional Qualification: MBA/PGDMExperience Required: 2 to 12 years (strictly from a mall leasing background)Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
Strong network with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.
