Job Description

Job Title:BI Associate (TCF)Key Responsibilities

  • BI Development: Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions using SQL, Power BI, Domo, Excel, and Python.
  • Project Management: Plan and oversee data-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take complete ownership of assigned tasks, proactively push them forward, and maintain clear communication on progress and challenges.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Implement effective data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend industry best practices or emerging technologies to enhance current data processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • SQL: Capable of writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
    • BI Tools: Experience with Power BI, Domo, and advanced Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
    • Python: Proficiency in scripting and data manipulation for automation and advanced analytics.
  • Project Management:
    • Ability to define project scope, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables.
    • Comfortable leading initiatives, tracking progress, and proactively resolving roadblocks.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    • Strong aptitude for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and deriving insights from large datasets.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Effective interpersonal skills to work in a regional, cross-functional environment and articulate complex ideas clearly.
    • English language proficiency.
    • French language would be an advantage.
  • Adaptability & Growth:
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving business needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
