Our mission is to build confidence in learners and prepare them for success in an increasingly competitive world.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will connect with parents and students who have already attended a demo class and shown interest in our programs. Your role is to understand their learning goals, explain our courses clearly, address their queries, and guide them toward enrollment.You will manage the complete sales cycle, from the first interaction to final admission and onboarding.Key Responsibilities
    • Connect with 6070 interested leads daily
    • Conduct 1:1 video counseling sessions with parents and students
    • Clearly explain program features, benefits, and learning outcomes
    • Address questions and handle objections effectively
    • Maintain regular follow-ups to drive enrollments
    • Achieve weekly sales targets consistently
    • Ensure a smooth post-enrollment onboarding experience
    • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills
