Job Description

    Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager Secured Business LoansLocation:Guntur Company: Bajaj Finance LimitedJob Role & Responsibilities
    • Drive sales of Secured Business Loans including LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Business Loans.
    • Handle DSA / Channel Partner network and generate business through open market sourcing.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with builders, connectors, and referral partners.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plans.
    • Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.
    • Track cases, follow up with credit and operations teams, and ensure timely disbursements.
    • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities in Hyderabad.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in secured loans sales (LAP / Mortgage / Business Loans).
    • Strong experience in DSA handling and field sales.
    • Good understanding of credit norms, property documents, and loan processes.
    • Local market knowledge of Hyderabad is mandatory.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

    • Maximum 35 years
