Job Title: Loading Supervisor FMCGLocation: Tenali, GunturJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Loading Supervisor to oversee loading operations in a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment. The candidate will ensure timely dispatch, proper handling of goods, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise loading and unloading of FMCG products (e.g., packaged foods, beverages, detergents)Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to meet delivery timelinesEnsure accurate picking, stacking, and loading as per invoices and shipment plansMonitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficientlyVerify quantities, batch numbers, and product conditions before dispatchEnsure proper documentation (GRN, delivery challans, invoices)Enforce warehouse safety practices and compliance with company policiesCoordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teamsReduce loading errors, damages, and delaysTrain and manage loaders and contract laborRequirements:Minimum 25 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (FMCG preferred)Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, inventory handling, and loading techniquesBasic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems)Good leadership and team-handling abilitiesAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
