  • A University degree in Computer Science, related technology degree/diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering space
  • ETL Concepts
  • HADOOP
  • SQL
  • Experience working on an ETL tool/services
  • Understanding of AWS (specifically AWS EMR with mapreduce)
  • Qliq Data Catalyst
  • Sqoop
  • SQL BCP
  • Linux OS
  • Autosys & Control M for scheduling (Autosys is replacing Control M)
  • GIT & Jira
