    • Connect with prospects and explain the company tech-driven solutions
    • Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers
    • Understand candidates career goals and suggest suitable programs/services
    • Achieve daily sales targets and maintain strong customer engagement
    • Handle high-value sales conversations and closures
    Required Skills:
    • 1-6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
    • Strong verbal & written English communication skills
    • Passion for sales and target achievement
    • Knowledge of LSQ and/or IT Services preferred
    • Experience in K12 or higher education domain preferred
    • Experience in handling tech products
    • Candidates with ticket size handling above 50K preferred
    • B.Tech candidates preferred
