Job Description

    Center Manager (Female)Experience Required: 3-10 yearsSalary: 40,000 - 45,000Location: Delhi (Chattarpur), Gurgaon (Sec 46)Role Overview:As the Center Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth administrative and operational activities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, staff performance, and adherence to company policies. You will also be responsible for financial management, resource allocation, and the strategic development of new services and improvements within the center.Key Responsibilities:Administrative and Operational Duties
    • Ensure the efficient functioning of the center by overseeing routine administrative and operational tasks, including:
      • Filling and maintaining records
      • Batch closures
      • Daily opening and closing checklists
      • SPT (Service Processing Transaction) details
      • Cash handling and petty cash management
      • Performa verification and closure
    • Enforce and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in hygiene and cleanliness.
    Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze key data and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency:
      • Minimum target of 50 connected calls for the team
      • Task rotation management among FOE (Front Office Executive) team members
      • Track and maintain client treatment records and financial transactions
      • Review case studies, testimonials, and Google reviews
      • Submit regular operational reports, sales performance metrics, and team evaluations
    Conflict Resolution & Team Management
    • Manage conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to the team (therapists, FOE, and supporting staff).
    • Assign and monitor manpower allocation efficiently.
    • Continuously enhance feedback systems to gather insights from clients for continuous improvement.
    Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by addressing guest queries, resolving complaints, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services.
    Budgeting & Resource Management
    • Manage the centers budget and resources effectively, ensuring all petty cash expenditures remain within approved limits.
    Goal Setting & Performance Evaluation
    • Set clear, achievable goals for the team to drive performance.
    • Evaluate team performance regularly to ensure objectives are met.
    • Drive revenue targets through effective service promotion, cross-selling, and upselling of treatments and services.
    Therapist and Center Maintenance Issues
    • Address and resolve issues related to therapists promptly, escalating when necessary.
    • Ensure the timely resolution of maintenance or snag issues within the center, escalating if needed.
    Innovation and Improvement
    • Continuously seek opportunities to introduce new services, packages, or wellness programs based on market trends and client needs.
    • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improve center performance.
    Brand Representation & Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the face of the center, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring brand loyalty.
    • Promote Kairalis unique Ayurvedic offerings, educating guests about the health benefits of Ayurveda.
    • Represent the center at community and industry events to enhance visibility and maintain a strong reputation.
    Mystery Audit
    • Ensure that the center consistently achieves mystery audit scores above 85%.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Center Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
    • Experience in data analysis and performance metrics management.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
    • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
    • Knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness services is a plus.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
