Job Description

    Job Title: PPC Head Woven Fabrics Location: Gurugram Experience: 10 Years Industry: Textile / Woven Fabrics Manufacturing Salary: NegotiableJob Overview:we are a recruitment consultancyWe are looking for an experienced PPC (Production Planning & Control) Head for our clients woven fabrics division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement production planning strategies for woven fabrics.Monitor and control the entire production process to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics.Ensure timely material procurement and manage inventory levels effectively.Implement lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements.Address production challenges and provide solutions to enhance productivity.Track and analyze production performance, ensuring adherence to schedules.Maintain strict quality control measures in collaboration with the QA team.Train and mentor the PPC team to improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Key Requirements:Experience: 10years in PPC, specifically in woven fabrics.Education: Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or relevant field.Technical Skills: Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team efficiently.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Communication: Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large-scale woven fabric production units.Knowledge of international textile standards and compliance requirements.Interested candidates can apply at hidden_emailCall us at hidden_mobile /75/76 (Parul) hidden_mobile5 OR call hidden_mobile
