Job Description

    DESIGNATION: HR Operations(Customer Service)Responsibilities: Handle queries from customers and respond in a timely manner. Provide product, service and solution related support to end users, customers and clients. Communicates with other departments to answer customers inquiries, solve their problems,and fulfill their needs. Real-time capturing detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, processes, and policies. Utilize multiple platforms to respond to customer queries efficiently.Ideally, you should have: Professional experience of at least a minimum of 6 months (International process) Should have good verbal & excellent written communication skillsCan be a fresher or experience with good lingual skills.
