Job Description

    Position:Home Sales Team Lead
    1. Manage the complete JioFiber business at the unit level.
    2. Ensure adequate manpower is available as per business requirements.
    3. Provide on-the-job training and performance coaching to the team.
    4. Achieve sales targets for FTTH business at both the unit/territory and individual levels.
    5. Drive sales through additional channels such as general trade and sales partners.
    6. Organize programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
    7. Secure building and society permissions for the designated unit/territory.
    8. Monitor and drive basic distribution metrics, including ROI for distributors and retailers.
    9. Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction Index is maintained.
