Job Description

    We are Hiring for Warehouse Incharge - Pharma for Gurgaon Location please find the job details as below:Job Profile : Warehouse InchargeExperience : 2 to 4 yearsLocation : GurgaonBudget : Upto 5LPARoles & Key Responsibilities:-
    • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules in coordination with the Warehouse team
    • Vendor creation in ZOHO in coordination with the Finance team.
    • Prepare the Purchase Orders for vendors as per templates.
    • Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and product inventories.
    • Create and share periodic updates on progress of specific tasks and deliverables.
    • Design, prepare, and deliver periodic MIS reports, including sales
    • Performance, revenue, and profitability analysis.
    • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
    • Analyze data to provide insights for strategic planning and forecasting.
