Job Description

    What youll do:* Work on services / solutions that help improve the Supply Chain Speed, Cost, Reliability, Consistency for North Zone* Improving performance of Warehouse/Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile* Understand the as-is business processes and diagnose issues* Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyse these business processes and workflows.* Sharply define areas of improvement in these work processes, arrive at actionable insights* Conduct pilots to prove the POC and work with cross functional teams to create capabilities to implement structural solutions* Documentation of process and workflows (highlighting execution plan, risks, input, output and success metrics)* Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements* Support the Domain experts to ensure process changes are documented & understood by all relevant stakeholders and executed through, to completion* Continuously challenge the existing operations and processes with a view to improve operating and service performance and promote cost effectiveness and increased profitability* Liaison with multiple design / product / tech / category teams and external stakeholders for project execution and alignmentWhat skills youll need:*Team/people management skills* Analytical (Data Interpretation; Analysis-Power BI, Python) and Problem-solving skills* Thorough proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint* Program Management; Design thinking*Warehouse/Sortation center Layouting, Process design* Excellent verbal and written communications skills* Knowledge of supply chain design concepts and its importance* Comfortable in working in unstructured environments and fast timeline* Prior experience in process designing, supply chain management* Team player with strong ability to drive self and team* Excellent presentation, organizational, planning, execution skills
