Job Description

    Product: Gourmet PopcornInstitutional Sales Manager- Delhi NCRDesignation: ManagerLocation: GurugramCTC : Upto 18 LPAResponsibilities:
    • planning periodic sales targets and driving sales initiatives to achieve businessGoals
    • Execute growth targets with each customer account, plan Stock Keeping Unit wise growth,
    • Close and execute promotional/sales activities with customer accounts
    • New Customer acquisition: Responsible for the complete business development
    • Cycle from prospecting, presentations, negotiations and new customer closures
    • To servicing the account
    • Distribution of monthly & weekly sales targets, scheduling store visits wherever
    • Necessary and order management monitoring
    • Maximize shelf space for the product as per their given objectives
    • Joint Business Plan closures with regional customer accounts
    • Sub channel wise focus for Institutional Business
    • Forecasting- Forecast Stock Keeping Unit wise sales within accuracy norms every week on a
    • Rolling basis to ensure optimum stocks
    • Payment collection from customer accounts as per the agreed payment terms
    Qualifications: Post Graduate MBAMust Haves: 3 to 4 years of B2B/Institutional sales within FMCG industry Experience of handling distributors for Institutional segment Experience of working in Delhi NCR territory should have serviced sub channels for Institutional sales such as: CorporateOffices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hospitals, Hotels, amusement parks &Highways Proficient in Microsoft excel&PowerPoint
