Job Description

    We are hiring for Sales Advisor Location: Janakpuri, Delhi Qualification: Graduation (Must) Communication: 10/10 in English (Must) Salary: [up to 4.8 lpa]1) Responsible for making/taking calls and regular follow ups for student engagement and sales conversion. Converting negative leads into positive leads through a series of interactions (call/SMS/emails).2) Providing in-depth product information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat.3) To update the details pertaining to lead discussions real-time on CRMs.4) Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.5)Responsible for student engagement, providing timely support and information to the student/ parents on various activities post enrolment(upselling).6)Responsible for providing post sales services to the enrolled student, understand, coordinate and address any parent/students pending service issue to increase the customer satisfaction.7)To demonstrate a familiarity with available sales process, tools, data management and the ways in which it can support the counselling processQualifications-1years of experience in Ed Tech sales is mandatoryMinimum Bachelors degreeInterested candidates share resumes hidden_mobileThanks& RegardsCharu
