Field Service Engineer

Job Description

You are seeking Field Service Engineers for Guwahati location to provide technical assistance to clients in the GPS/tracking domain. Your responsibilities will include providing technical software & hardware support to clients, conducting technical demos of products or new features, troubleshooting issues related to hardware or software functionalities, responding to requests for technical assistance via various mediums, accurately describing client issues, and identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention. You should also be open to traveling to client locations.Qualifications required for this position include project experience with GPS hardware/technology (preferred), experience in GPS installation, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, ability to provide step-by-step technical help both written and verbally, and customer-facing experience (a plus).Lynkit is one of Indias leading technology firms providing supply chain automation software and hardware through its 6 different products.
