Conduct job postings and advertisements on various platforms.2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist in the selection process.3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.4. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.6. Introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.7. Conduct orientation sessions to help new employees settle in.8. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits.9. Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records.10. Administer employee data entry into HR systems.11. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, deductions, and bonuses.12. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and correct salary disbursement.13. Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.14. Address employee concerns and grievances and mediate conflicts.15. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.16. Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.17. Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.18. Identify training needs within the organization.19. Support career development programs and performance improvement plans.20. Assist with performance appraisal processes and monitor employee performance.21. Support managers in providing constructive feedback and setting employee goals.22. Ensure performance reviews are conducted on time and documented properly.23. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.24. Maintain updated knowledge of HR best practices and legal guidelines.25. Prepare reports for audits and regulatory requirements.26. Organize employee welfare programs, events, and team-building activities.27. Promote a positive organizational culture and work-life balance.28. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.29. Prepare reports related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics.30. Maintain and update employee-related documentation and policies.31. Provide regular HR reports to senior management.32. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.33.
