Job Description

    Candidate must be a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong experience in the construction and industrial products sector. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, technical solution selling, and complete project coordination for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel, and related construction solutions across North East India.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding of steel structures, PEB drawings, construction materials, and project execution processes, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in selling industrial or construction-related products such as cement, steel (sariya/TMT), electrical products, or related building materials is mandatory.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and expand business opportunities across all North East states of India.
    • Identify and generate leads from government departments, consultants, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and industrial clients.
    • Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
    • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project management consultants (PMC), and suppliers for successful project execution.
    • Handle projects from initial inquiry and LOI (Letter of Intent) stage up to LOC (Letter of Completion).
    • Promote Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions and structural steel products.
    • Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and promotional activities with departments such as CPWD, MES, BMPTC, Smart City Projects, Defence Ministry, and other government organizations.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, BOQs, quotations, and project documentation.
    • Manage client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.
    • Coordinate internally with design, estimation, production, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
    • Execute marketing activities including e-marketing and below-the-line (BTL) promotional campaigns.
    • Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
