Job Description

    • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (such as distributors, resellers, VARs) to expand our market reach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing training, support, and motivation to drive sales performance.
    • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to promote our products/services.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the channel.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties and compliant with company policies.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market positioning.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage channel partner relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate account information.
