Job Description

    Job Title : Senior Field Sales ManagerPosition Overview :- Seeking a senior field sales manager to guide our insurance agents in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional service, requiring a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge.Key responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.- Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.- Stay up-to-date on the companys products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and management-related field (preferred).-Age :Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years.- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3-5 years.Skills :- Leadership- Sales Management- Communication- Customer Relationship Management- Financial Management- Problem-Solving
