Job Description

    Job Title: SupervisorDepartment: Production / Safety / Warehouse / Quality / Packaging (varies by location) Company: Dabur India Limited Location: Manufacturing Units across India (e.g., Baddi, Ghaziabad, Silvassa, Katni) All India Key Responsibilities: For Production Supervisor:
    • Supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
    • Manage workforce shift schedules and delegate tasks
    • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery performance
    • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards
    • Record production data and report to senior managers
    • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth functioning
    For Safety Supervisor (if applicable):
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
    • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections
    • Organize safety drills and employee training programs
    • Maintain proper documentation of safety checks and incidents
    • Investigate and report workplace accidents or near-miss events
    For Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor:
    • Oversee inventory control, material handling, and stock dispatch
    • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and maintain warehouse hygiene
    • Track material movement and maintain accurate records
    • Supervise loading/unloading staff and manage dispatch schedules
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Diploma/Graduation in Engineering, Science, or related field (B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Com / BA)
    • 15 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision
    • Good leadership and communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, SAP, ERP preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of safety, quality, or production systems (depending on role)
    Salary Range:
    • 15,000 45,000 per month
    • Can go up to 68 LPA for experienced candidates in core roles (e.g., production/safety)

      • Baddi (Himachal Pradesh)
      • Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli)
      • Katni (Madhya Pradesh)
      • Pantnagar (Uttarakhand)
