: Sales Team Lead - Oil & GasLocation: Hubli, KarnatakaDepartment: Sales Oil & Gas / DairyEmployment Type: On-roll / On-siteAbout the Team:The O&G (Oil and Gas) Adjacent Team vertical is a focused offline payment solution team. We are predominantly dealing with Merchants onboarding and other Retail business with QR Codes, Sound Box, and POS machines, handling end-to-end sales and operations in all offline products. The team is responsible for onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants.About the Role:This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing and acquiring new business accounts, driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Team Leader will also analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.Preferred Domains:

  • Fintech
  • Bank
  • Telco
  • Insurance
Education:
  • Post Graduate with a good academic record.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years.
Responsibilities:
  1. Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
  2. Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
  3. Formulate and launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by the competition.
  4. Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly.
  5. Analyze the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiating through market visits to identify the priority spots to perform in.
  6. Plan the market size, span, and geographies for the team both on & off roles.
  7. Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
  8. Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
  9. Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
  10. Must have a smartphone.
  11. Personally manage key accounts when needed.
