Job Description

Site HR Leader-Job OverviewThis position will serve as the leader of the HR function in the location by providing consistent oversight across all areas of HR. The role requires a sound level of skill and knowledge in all HR functional areas including Staffing & Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity and HR Operations. Serve as the single point of contact for all major HR matters, acting as the strategic HR Advisor. Coach and advise managers and HR partners. Lead HR Solutions organization to support BU employees in alignment with BU priorities, including professional and transactional services.Responsibilities & QualificationsStrategyBring effective diagnosis of business issues and strategies turning them into HR action plans, with integrated interventions and solutionsPartner with country leadership team in the implementation of people strategies and policies regarding performance management, and talent acquisitionEvaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory actionEstablish credibility throughout the organization to be a partnerIdentify appropriate market trends and insights around talent and laborTalent strategy for location and initiate opportunities for succession, development and movement of talent across the functionsDevelop a strategic HR Solutions organization by proactively driving the function to support the achievement of BU objectives ExecutionEnhance and/or develop, implement HR policies and procedures for the organization through systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organizationRecommend actions for the people lifecycle processes that are important for the businessEnsure statutory compliances are adhered to by liaising with government authorities appointed under various labor and controlling Acts; lead, implement, and uphold all relevant statutory laws and regulationsProvide HR support and counsel regarding employee relations issues. Resolve all complaints, disciplinary actions, reductions in force and terminations; coordinate with the global Compliance and/or Ombudsman teamCollaborate with Global HR and leadership teams and ensure consistent practices and application of HR strategyManage the budget and other financial measures of the HR teamForecast activity, plan work and ensure resources are available to meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance IndicatorsTalentEffectively coach all levels of management in matters related to people and HR processesLead the HR Solutions team in location; evaluate the HR structure and team; plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the groupGuide and mentor a team of HR Professionals aligned to their respective groups as they strive to facilitate HR operational excellenceContinuously develop HR capability, identify high potential HR professionals and ensure they have opportunities for development and growth Education, Training and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business or other related discipline, Masters Degree in Business preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience within a global, high-growth organizationDemonstrated track record of success in leading larger team at least for 3 yearsMinimum 3 years of prior senior management level experience in Human ResourcesProven track record of successful stints in COE roles (e.g. Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)Strong experience in partnering with Executive level as a business partner; relationship builder and influencerStrong business and customer orientation; effective communicator and listenerCan operate in a complex, matrix organizational structureExperience of developing and maintaining effective relationships, internally and externally across multiple cultures and geographies; able to relate to people at all levels of the organizationPassionate, resilient leader with experience in leading changeKnowledge of HR laws, country regulations, policies, programs, and procedures Proficient English level as a mustCompetenciesSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, InnovationPlease enable JavaScriptBelow is a searchable map that is not displayable via screenreader Follow this link to reach our Job Search page and search the available jobs in a more accessible mannerLocation: Esztergom, KE, HU, 2500Alternative Locations:Education Experience: Bachelors Degree (High School 4 years)Travel: 25 PERCENT to 50 PERCENT Job Segment: Law, Compliance, HR, Performance Management, Recruiting, Legal, Human Resources
