Job Description

    As an Analyst with commercial real estate experience, you will be joining a growing Investment Sales team in India. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in sourcing and modeling multifamily and commercial real estate properties.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist stakeholders in end-to-end Broker Opinion Value (BOVs) of US Commercial Real Estate properties.- Conduct financial and cash flow analysis, market information research, and real estate taxes analysis.- Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements for different property types.- Review market reports like REIS and CoStar to understand demand-supply dynamics, rents, and vacancy rates.- Prepare detailed narrative write-ups on deals, including property descriptions, location summaries, market details, and cash flow notes.- Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and risks associated with properties and prepare presentations for review.- Project future cash flows based on property performance.- Ensure compliance and maintain value proposition.- Determine property value through underwriting process and complete loan analysis within specified timeframes.- Collaborate with the team to develop new relationships and provide exceptional service to existing clients.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of twelve months experience in a similar industry/company.- Bachelors/Masters degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.- Preferable experience/knowledge in Financial Statements.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Customer service focused.- Ability to problem solve, exercise independent judgment, and display a high degree of initiative and accuracy.- Organizational skills to prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule.- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.- Strong work ethic and proactive team player capable of working effectively under pressure.,
