Job Description

As a Promotional Staff member, your role involves representing the brand in public spaces, assisting with marketing campaigns, and creating a vibrant presence in the community. This hands-on position includes fieldwork as well as occasional office support.Key Responsibilities:- Distribute flyers, pamphlets, and brochures in designated areas- Assist in setting up and dismantling banners, posters, and promotional displays- Support event logistics and on-ground brand activations- Engage with the public to share key messages and answer basic queries- Capture photos/videos of promotional activities for social media updates- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and report usage- Provide feedback from the field to improve future campaigns- Occasionally assist with basic office tasks like packing materials or data entryKey Skills & Qualities:- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in public interactions- Good communication skills- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work- Punctual, reliable, and a team player- Basic smartphone handling for communication and documentation- Prior experience in promotions or events is a plus, but not mandatoryQualifications:- Minimum: 10th/12th pass or equivalent- Age: 18- Willingness to travel locallyIn this role, you can expect flexible working hours, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to grow into full-time marketing or operations roles.
