JobDescription : The Role: Application Associate, Proprietary Data and PresCenter Group. The Location: Hyderabad, The Team: Proprietary Data and PresCenter Group, part of Client Operations team is responsible for providing support to the clients through building customized models/ templates in excel to manage their proprietary information .Team also assist the clients in building / automating power point presentations (pitch books etc.) and word documents (underwriting documents etc.) using the In- house PresCenter tool. The Impact: The Client Operations team is the primary touchpoint for our clients and you will be the face of the organization for our clients. Your regular day would require you to answer client queries and being an advocate while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools and data. Learn technical expertise like User Acceptance Testing (UAT), MS Excel and Financial modeling. Responsibilities: Analyze and understand the client requirements, develop customized financial models/ templates to assist in their workflow. Build/ automate power point presentations (pitch books etc.) and word documents (underwriting documents etc.) based on client requirements. Supporting client base in their research by responding to their requests that comes through calls, e- mails and other forms of communication. Partner with product teams on timely and thorough testing of our products, with an eye toward the client experience. Consistently make proactive suggestions in regards to product usability, presentation and data quality. Work with senior analysts on projects which improve and develop subject matter expertise. What We re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Master s Degree in Finance or Business. Good knowledge and understanding on capital and commodity markets. Succinct communication skills. Strong collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Qualifications: VBA Knowledge is a plus. Understanding of databases is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is a plus.
