Job Description

    As an Area Manager / Assistant Manager Key Accounts Sales, your role involves managing and expanding key customer relationships in both project and trade segments within the assigned region. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing and growing key accounts across project and trade segments- Developing strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners- Identifying new business opportunities and converting them to increase market share and revenue- Coordinating with internal teams to provide optimal solutions to clients- Tracking competitor activities and industry trends for strategic positioning- Ensuring timely collections and addressing post-sales issues- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics- Participating in trade shows, expos, and industry events to enhance brand presenceQualifications required for this role include:- 8 to 13 years of experience in key account management or project sales in the building materials industry- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong network within the construction ecosystem in the region- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPlease note that the company is powered by Webbtree.,
