Job Description

    As an Automation Engineer dealing with Automation Testing, Manual Testing, and performance optimization of enterprise-grade applications, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high-quality software releases. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions. You will design and implement automated testing scripts using various programming languages and frameworks, identifying and reporting defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues.In this position, you will develop and maintain test automation frameworks, including test data management and test environment setup. You will also collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining test automation reports and metrics to track testing progress and quality, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience as an Automation Engineer, along with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Automation, and API Automation. Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and proficiency in languages like Java or Python is essential. Strong experience working with testing frameworks and tools such as WebDriverIO, Protractor, Playwright, Selenium, and Appium is required. Hands-on experience with tools like Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress is preferred, as well as working knowledge of Docker and Postman. Understanding of Functional Test methods and different phases of testing is also necessary.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. A Bachelors degree is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate will have a total work experience of 6 years, with at least 3 years of experience in Selenium and 4 years in Automation testing. The work location is in person.,
